What counts as “a conversation handled”?

A WhatsApp thread where WismoLine either (a) resolves the request and provides a final answer, or (b) escalates into Freshdesk with a structured ticket that includes transcript + tracking evidence.

Note: WhatsApp platform/BSP charges may apply separately depending on conversation category and volume.
